About Us
At The Spanish Practice, we believe that learning a language is about more than just memorizing words and grammar. It's about connecting with people, understanding cultures, and finding your voice in a new language. Our mission is to help you achieve exactly that.
Founded by Enrique Z., a former traveling chef turned interpreter, translator, and passionate language teacher, The Spanish Practice is built on the idea that learning should be personal, engaging, and above all, practical.
Our Story
Enrique's journey began far from the classroom. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, he spent years traveling the world as a chef, absorbing new languages and cultures along the way. It was during these travels that he discovered his love for languages and the power they hold to bring people together.
After becoming an interpreter and translator, Enrique realized that his true passion was teaching. Over time, he developed a teaching method that blends real-world communication (comprehensive input) with cultural immersion, helping students speak with confidence in any situation.
